Provide the facts the service needs
The future service is intended to request only the employer, worksite and employee facts needed for the selected released notice work. It should reuse confirmed information instead of asking the employer to start over.

Prepare the included notice work
GoodState is intended to prepare only the notice items expressly included and released in the future customer Order. The employer should not have to choose documents or interpret employment law through the normal service path.

Keep delivery states separate
A future service record may distinguish a prepared item, a delivery attempt, a recorded provider result, a requested correction and an open item. One event should not be presented as proof of another.

Keep the related history together
The planned service is intended to preserve the relevant document version, attempts, outcomes, corrections and open work in one clear administrative history.
A limited administrative service
The future Order sets the boundary.
GoodState is not being presented as a complete employment compliance service. The future Order must identify the exact included work and the exact limits before a customer can purchase.
GoodState is a private company, not a government agency or law firm. GoodState is being prepared to provide limited administrative support. It does not provide legal advice or determine whether a law applies to a particular employer.
