We confirm availability using your work address before service starts. A ZIP code alone is not enough.
GoodState’s selected 30-state program is planned for state-by-state release.
Additional services are separate from the annual plan price. Poster and new-employee onboarding prices will be shown before any separate purchase. GoodState doesn’t replace HR, payroll or legal advice.

What about larger teams?
Physical workplace posters are a separately priced add-on, are not included in the annual plan, and cannot be purchased until separately released. New-employee onboarding is a separate one-time service charged per new employee. The exact price will be shown before purchase. Checkout verifies the exact price binding, published terms, and worksite eligibility before purchase.

Can I use GoodState now?

Who is the Day 1 service for?
GoodState’s selected 30-state program is being prepared for teams of 1 to 20. A state and worksite become available only after the exact package is released and the address is verified.
Can I add an employee or submit a roster?
Use your secure company workspace after service is activated. Do not email employee or other sensitive records to GoodState.
Are posters included?
No. Physical workplace posters are a separately priced add-on, are not included in the annual plan, and cannot be purchased until separately released.
Is new-employee onboarding included in the annual plan?
New-employee onboarding is a separate one-time service charged per new employee. The exact price will be shown before purchase.
Can I buy a plan, poster or stop a renewal?
Available plans use secure checkout after eligibility is verified. Manage renewal from your company workspace. Physical workplace posters are a separately priced add-on, are not included in the annual plan, and cannot be purchased until separately released.
Does this replace HR or legal advice?
No. GoodState is not a law firm, payroll provider or substitute for legal, tax, payroll or human-resources advice.
