Privacy information for the GoodState public brochure

This notice covers the public brochure pages at getgoodstate.com. It does not cover a private application, customer account, employee workflow, checkout, or the future GoodState service.

These brochure pages do not provide a web form, account, checkout, calendar, roster upload, customer portal, employee portal, analytics pixel, or third party advertising tracker. Visiting a page still sends a network request to the systems that host and protect the site. Those systems process request information needed to deliver and secure the page, such as an IP address, requested path, time, and browser or device headers.

If you choose the email link, your email service, participating mail providers, and GoodState's business email service process your message, sender address, routing information, and any content you choose to send. Send only basic business contact information and a general question. Do not send employee records, rosters, payroll files, identity documents, medical information, credentials, card information, or other sensitive records.

Request information may be used to deliver and secure the brochure pages, investigate technical problems or misuse, and respond to a message you initiate.
